POLICIES TERMS & FAQ’s
All offerings are prepared to order and secured in advance due to the perishable nature and sourcing requirements of our work. The following policies apply to all orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or modification.
Cancellations made outside of the 72-hour window may be eligible for a partial credit, less a restocking and preparation fee of 30%.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or service time are non-refundable.
All orders are considered confirmed once placed and are scheduled based on secured sourcing, preparation time, and production.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be made outside of 72 hours.
Rescheduling within 72 hours is not guaranteed and may require a new order.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final once fulfilled.
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our offerings, refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect information provided at checkout
Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
Conditions after delivery has been completed
Any concerns must be reported on the same day of delivery.
DELIVERY
All deliveries are fulfilled within a 2–4 hour delivery window on the date scheduled.
Specific delivery times are not guaranteed.
If no delivery instructions are provided, the order will be left at the delivery location after confirmation, and responsibility transfers upon delivery.
OUT-OF-AREA DELIVERY
Orders outside our delivery zones may be fulfilled via third-party courier.
Additional delivery fees will apply.
PRODUCT & PRESENTATION
All compositions are curated based on season, sourcing, and availability.
Exact replication is not guaranteed.
Serving elements and styling pieces may be retrieved unless a keepsake option is selected.

How far in advance should I order?
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders.
Do you offer same-day or rush orders?
Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an additional fee.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the South Bay and select Los Angeles areas.
Orders outside these zones may be accommodated via third-party courier for an additional fee.
Do you offer customizations?
Selections are curated based on season, availability, and composition.
Specific requests may be noted, but cannot be guaranteed.
Do you include serving boards or styling elements?
Serving surfaces are styled as part of the experience.
Select offerings may include the option to purchase a keepsake board.
What happens if I’m not available at delivery?
If no instructions are provided, your order will be left at the location and marked as delivered. Responsibility transfers at that time.
How should I store my order?
We recommend enjoying your order shortly after delivery. If needed, refrigerate and allow items to return to room temperature before serving.
