Each composition is individually developed to reflect the tone of the gathering, pairing artisanal cheeses and charcuterie with styled, bespoke accompaniments and intentional design.
Unlike a standard grazing table, The Composition integrates design and styling to create a statement piece for your event A turnkey, custom designer grazing installation scaled for editorial impact and visual presence.
Table Footprint & Turnkey Scope
• Includes one 9-foot table, high for grazing style.
• Optional configurations or additional tables are available as paid add-ons
• The turnkey installation ensures all elements fit the table and layout properly for visual impact.

• Curated artisanal cheeses, Seasonal fruit, and premium charcuterie
• Linen for table or surface styling
• Minimal 1 -3 Vases of Floral or natural design elements at our discretion
• Layered presentation and visual structure
Styling Scope / Concept
The Composition includes elevated, design-forward styling with a curated aesthetic. A concept conversation and concept board establish colors, styling cues, and overall direction. Limited client input may be incorporated while maintaining the editorial integrity of the installation. Optional styling or custom elements are available separately as paid add-ons.
Setup & Timing
• Delivery, full installation, and same-day breakdown within the Los Angeles metropolitan area
• Setup is completed prior to guest arrival. No exceptions
• Breakdown occurs within the agreed retrieval window
• Lead time for installations is required to ensure proper sourcing, preparation, and styling
• Includes up to six hours of equipment presence from setup to breakdown
• All boards, vessels, styling elements, and rented items remain the property of The Chuterie and will be retrieved. Florals and consumables may be kept
• Extended duration, late-night breakdown, or next-day retrieval will incur additional fees
